Fit4Free's Hakuna Matata Empanadas

Chef Dino introduced this healthy recipe to the kids at the Boys and Girls Club. These cheese-and-vegetable stuffed empanadas are baked, not fried. They are the perfect finger food, and they're a lot of fun to make, too. See for yourself!
