Whole Wheat Turkey Wraps

Chef
Elizabeth introduced our students to homemade Whole Wheat Turkey
Wraps. Filled with fresh turkey, carrots, cucumber and low-fat vegetable
cream cheese made from scratch, these wraps feature ingredients
from each of the four food groups.

Everyone
has a turn shredding the carrots...

Next,
the cucumbers are peeled, sliced, and seeded.

The cream
cheese is spread onto the tortillas, with turkey and veggies on
top...

Then, roll
it up,

And enjoy!

The students
sign a pledge to eat a variety of foods from every food group.
