Totally Terrific Tacos

Next
on the menu - homemade tacos, with Chef Elizabeth leading the demonstration.
These Tacos are made with ground turkey, which is lower in saturated
fat and cholesterol than beef.
Chef
Elizabeth begins each class by going over the food groups.

Here
the students slice lettuce and tomatoes, from the fruit and vegetable
group.

Evelyn
grates cheese, from the dairy group.

Charlie
raises his hand to contribute to the discussion.

Finally,
all the ingredients are layered into our shells.

And we
"Toast with Tacos" before digging in.

These students
work as a team, to help cleanup.
