As the statistics demonstrate,
obesity and lack of fitness present serious problems in this country,
contributing to countless deaths and chronic illnesses.
The solution to the
obesity epidemic is not simply weight loss, but teaching people
how to take control of their health through proper diet and exercise
to prevent further weight gain and stress on the body.
Only when we have learned
how to stop gaining weight, can we begin to tackle the obesity
epidemic that claims more and more lives every year. The message
